Small Steps Society by Coach Ellie ("I", "me", "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

• Contact details such as your name and email address, when you buy a plan, book a call or message me.
• Intake and health information you choose to share, such as your goals, health conditions, injuries, schedule and available equipment, so I can build a safe program for you.
• Training information such as workout logs, check-ins, messages and form-check videos you send.
• Payment information, which is handled by a secure third-party checkout. I do not see or store your full card number.
• Website data such as basic usage information and cookies set by the website platform.

How I use your information

• To create, deliver and adjust your training program and coaching.
• To process payments and manage your plan.
• To communicate with you about your plan, check-ins and updates, including the Small Steps Society newsletter if you are a member.
• To keep the website working and improve it.

I do not sell your personal information.

Health information

Any health information you share is used only to make your training safer and better suited to you. I keep it private and share it only with the service providers needed to deliver your program, or if the law requires it.

Who I share information with

I use trusted service providers to run my business, such as a payment processor, a training app where your program is delivered, an email provider and the website host. They only receive the information they need to provide their service.

Cookies

The website and its host may use cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long I keep information

I keep your information while you are a client and for as long as needed afterwards for records, billing and legal purposes. After that, I delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving emails, at any time. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.

Age

My services are for adults aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
