Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a Small Steps Society plan from Coach Ellie ("I", "me", "my"). By buying a plan, you agree to them.

The services

I offer remote personal training: 1:1 Coaching and the Personalized Plan, plus self-paced guides and programs, as described on this website. Every plan includes membership in the Small Steps Society community. Programs are delivered through a training app on your phone.

Not medical advice

My programs and content are for fitness and general wellness. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from your healthcare provider. Please talk with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you live with a chronic illness, are pregnant, or have an injury.

Your health and safety

• You agree to share accurate health information in your intake and to tell me about any changes.
• Listen to your body. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or anything that concerns you.
• You take part in physical activity at your own risk.

Plans and billing

• 1:1 Coaching and the Personalized Plan are billed by card through a secure checkout, on the same date each month, until you cancel.
• Guides and programs are one-time purchases.
• Prices may change. I will tell you before any price change affects your plan.

Cancelling

To cancel, message me at least 7 days before your next billing date. Full details are in the refund & cancellation policy.

Results

Everyone's body and circumstances are different. Individual results vary, and I can't guarantee specific results.

Your program and content

Your program, guides and other materials are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or publish them.

The Small Steps Society community

Be kind and respectful. I may remove anyone who harasses others or shares harmful content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the programs or this website.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
